7:00pm – opening / welcome concert, Room 108
Sat May 21
9:00am – warmups / fundamentals with Jason Byerlotzer, Room 108
10:30am – panel / open discussion with faculty, Room 108
12:00pm – bento box lunch
1:00pm – masterclass with Alex Iles, Room 108
3:00pm – mass trombone choir rehearsal, Room 108
4:00pm – split trombone choirs rehearsal, Room 36 & Room 108
5:00pm – dinner on own
7:00pm – Alex Iles recital – Room 108
Sun May 22
9:00am – warmups / fundamentals with Alex Iles, Room 108
10:30am – mass trombone choir / split choirs rehearsals, Room 36 & Room 108
12:00pm – bento box lunch
1:00pm – dress rehearsal, Smith Amphitheatre / Room 108
3:00pm – final concert, Amphitheatre / Room 108
Parking
Parking enforcement will be in effect on Friday and Saturday. Participants are urged to secure a parking pass from the automated kiosk in the Music Dept parking lot for either Lot 17 (Music) or Lot 20 (large concrete parking structure).

All events are free and open to the public.
Bento box lunches on Saturday & Sunday are available for $10, cash only.
